Carolina Schneider Is the WIT-NEO President and has been a member of Ohio Women in International Trade, Northeast Ohio Chapter for 3 years.

Carolina is currently Internal Auditor and Financial Analyst with Park Ohio , $1B+ diversified manufacturing services and products holding company with over 2,500 employees operating from 80 locations in 14 countries, HQ based in Cleveland where she is involved in internal control topics such as the efficacy of operations, the reliability of financial reporting, preventing and investigating fraud, safeguarding assets, and compliance with laws and regulations. Internal auditing frequently involves measuring compliance with the entity's policies and procedures. we advise management and the Board of Directors.

She has also has worked in International Business, Logistics, Shipping and Finance for major governmental and Private companies in Colombia and Cleveland, such as INCOMEX, INVIMA, Carbocol, Carbones del Cerrejon LLC, The Lincoln Electric and Premier Farnell LLC. Ms. Schneider is also a member and founder of National Society of Hispanic MBA's NSHMBA Cleveland Chapter.

Ms. Schneider was educated at from Externado University, Bogota (Colombia) She received a B.A. in Finance and International Affairs speaks or read the following languages: Spanish and English.
